CREEES brings acclaimed poet Valzhyna Mort to Stanford for a reading of her poetry.

“A risen star of the international poetry world,” declares the Irish Times, about Belarusian poet Valzhyna Mort, who is famed throughout Europe—and now the US—for her vibrant reading performances.

Michael McGriff, a Jones Lecturer in Creative Writing, will provide the introduction.
