Changing Poison into Medicine: Buddhist Strategies for Transforming Setbacks

Life is full of fleeting moments of elation and disappointment, but how do we manifest a positive state of life no matter what our circumstances? When we experience setbacks we have a critical opportunity to expand our lives and transcend that obstacle into positive fuel and strength for our development as human beings, but where do we find the courage to face what appears on the surface to be an insurmountable setback? We will share in dialogue about these questions and discuss Buddhist strategies for overcoming life's many unpredictable challenges.
