2016 Season:
Indoors

  • Redshirted, but ran one race unattached, a memorable one.
  • Won the 3,000 at the Husky Classic in 7:50.06 over a star-studded field that included 2015 NCAA 1,500 outdoor champ Chad Noelle, 2015 Pac-12 1,500 champ Izaic Yorks, 2010 NCAA 3,000 champ Dorian Ulrey, Cal 1,500 record-holder Thomas Joyce, and Mountain West Conference outdoor 5,000 champ Patrick Corona.
  • The time would have made him the No. 7 qualifier for NCAA's.

Cross Country:

  • Placed 17th at the 2015 NCAA Championships, earning All-America honors.
  • Was the highest American freshman placer.
  • Was No. 3 runner on Stanford's third-place team.
