Arrive early for every Stanford Football game day and head to Fan Fest located in the Hammer Throw area between Cobb Track and Stanford Stadium. Admission is FREE!

Fan Fest is open from 2.5 hours until 15 minutes prior to every Stanford Football kickoff and offers fans a place to eat and drink, and participate in interactive games. This year's Fan Fest features face painting, kids’ activity zone, entertainment stage, beer tent and an assortment of the best gameday food in the Bay Area, including food trucks and vendors.

The Walk

A tradition almost as old as Stanford Football itself, "The Walk" has been a pre-game tradition for the Cardinal and its fans for decades. Stanford supporters of all ages line the pathway, from the Arrillaga Family Sports Center, down Sam McDonald Road to the Gate 1 entrance of Stanford Stadium to cheer on the Stanford players and coaches' walk to Stanford Stadium. The Stanford Band lines up behind the team during The Walk and plays to the delight of fans.

The tradition of The Walk has evolved through the years. To accommodate the needs and pre-game routines of the players, Stanford players and coaches now conduct The Walk two hours before kickoff. Fans young and old are welcome to join the team in this time-honored tradition every football Saturday.

Food Vendors

The Bay Area's top ranked food trucks. Trucks are cash only.

Palo Alto favorite Old Pro will feature local wineries, craft beer & custom cocktails, along with artisan pizza, gourmet tater tots and pulled pork sliders.

Tacolicious will be featuring different taco options including beer braised chicken, traditional carnitas and seasonal veggie fillings. They will also be bringing watermelon agua fresca as well as chips and tomato-mint salsa.
