Bio

Sam is a research assistant for Prof. David Chan, studying physician behavior, Medicare pricing, and VA healthcare. Prior to joining PCOR, he worked in Harvard's Evidence for Policy Design, LSE's Centre for Economic Performance, and Northwestern's Center for the Study of Development Economics, researching topics ranging from income inequality to social networks. Sam obtained an MS in Economics from LSE and a BS in Economics and Statistics from George Washington University. His research interests are healthcare, education, and labor.
