Soka Keo

Soka Keo is an Administrative Associate at the Center for Health Policy and the Center for Primary Care and Outcomes Research.  Prior to joining in the summer of 2015, Soka worked for an award-winning charter school in Southern California and recently traveled throughout Southeast Asia to complete development work with several health and education-related organizations, including the Ministry of Health in Cambodia.

Soka completed a double major in Public Health Science and Public Health Policy at the University of California, Irvine, along with a minor in Psychology and Social Behavior.  She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Health Services Administration at the University of San Francisco.
