Researchers study impact of fishing on remote coral reefs

Establishing sustainable fisheries, even at remote islands and atolls, could significantly slow the decline of many coral reefs, say marine ecologists. In an effort to develop sustainable fishing strategies, Stanford researchers are comparing two remote reef ecosystems.
