Campus Announcements

  • PG&E pipeline work update: According to a City of Palo Alto update, PG&E pipeline replacement crews are currently working on Junipero Serra Boulevard between Page Mill and Alpine roads from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The project targets Line 109, which runs through Palo Alto, Stanford and Menlo Park. The work may cause backups because through traffic will be alternated to one lane. The City of Palo Alto warns that this work may specifically result in traffic backups on the Foothill Expressway approaching Page Mill Road and heavier traffic on Page Mill Road heading toward El Camino Real, especially during the late afternoon and early evening commute hours. The project should be finished by late November. Visit the City of Palo Alto Utilities website for updates.
