Stanford, Palo Alto partner to propose enhanced trails

Stanford and Palo Alto have collaborated to propose to Santa Clara County $10.4 million in enhancements to area biking and pedestrian trails. The county board of supervisors will hold public hearings on proposals on Oct. 9.
