Research Interests

The basic thrust of my research is to enhance the input vocabulary that one can express using common computational devices and user interfaces. For example, my current projects include:

·         Input devices & interaction techniques: touch-sensing input devices, two-handed input, pen and gesture input, tactile I/O, sensing technologies, ...

·         Mobile devices & interaction

·         Formal experimental studies of input techniques and human abilities

·         All other topics relevant to human-computer interaction

·         My PhD Work: "The Doll's Head" -- The Props-based Interface for Neurosurgical Visualization.
