Students for a Sustainable Stanford works to ensure that environmental sustainability is a core principle behind social, structural, and educational development in our university and wider community. Since its founding in 2000, SSS has grown and evolved into one of the most prominent environmentally-focused student groups on campus. We work on diverse issues such as climate change, environmental justice, water, waste, and more, and pursue initiatives and outreach efforts to build a more just and sustainable world.
