Dear Stanford Purchasers and Approvers

The go-live date for Stanford Express, Stanford's new purchasing system, has been temporarily delayed. While campus user-testing has been very positive, and project team testing and cutover are going well, we still see certain important areas that require improvement. In our efforts to bring you a system that offers the best possible user experience, we have decided it is in the best interests of campus to postpone the go-live date for Stanford Express. We will notify you as soon as a revised go-live date has been determined.

Availability of SmartMart and iProcurement

• Until Stanford Express is live, purchasers and approvers should use the SmartMart / iProcurement system, just as they have in the past.
• SmartMart / iProcurement will be available beginning Tuesday, February 16th as of 8:00 a.m. PST.
