Course: PCard Policy & Procedure (FIN-0450)
Who should take this course?
Required for individual and department purchasing card (PCard) holders. This class includes an online test. A passing grade is required to access the PCard system.
Pre-requisites:
FIN-0102: Using Stanford's Chart of Accounts is required.
Course objectives:
- Apply University policy for the correct use and control of PCards
- Describe the procedure for obtaining a PCard
- Verify and approve PCard transactions using the PCard module of Oracle Financials
- Find PCard reports in ReportMart3
- Access help resources
