- Reimbursement Ceilings for Subsidized Child Care
The 2010-11 California State Budget was signed by the Governor on October 8, 2010. Per the 2010-11 Budget Act, the ceilings for License Exempt care (TrustLined/Relative) have been changed from 90 percent of the Family Child Care Home ceilings to 80 percent. This change has an effective date of November 1, 2010.
