• Had a breakthrough 2013 season, indoors and outdoors, earning her first collegiate All-America honors and shattering personal records.
• Finished fifth at the 2015 NCAA indoor championships in the 3,000, and led off Stanford's runner-up distance medley team.
• Finished ninth at the 2014 USATF outdoor championships in the 5,000.

2015 Season:
Indoors

• Led off Stanford's NCAA runner-up distance medley relay team.
• Ran a 3:23.69 split to place Stanford third, and the Card went on to set a school record of 10:53.66.
• Earned two first-team All-Ameria honors, also placing fifth in the 3,000 in a personal best 9:01.84.
• Was undefeated against collegiate competition going into the NCAA Championships.
• Won MPSF titles in the mile (4:40.03) and DMR (11:02.98).
• Won the mile in a personal best 4:38.00 -- No. 3 in Stanford history -- at the UW Indoor Preview.
• Won the 3,000 at the Razorback Invitational (9:04.93).
• Won the 5,000 (15:47.65) at the Husky Classic. 
• The time was fifth on the NCAA qualifying list, but she chose to bypass the event.

2014 Season:
Outdoors

Won Pac-12 title in the 10,000 with a final-lap kick of 69 seconds, running a personal record 34:09.13.
• Finished ninth in the 5,000 her her first USATF Championships, running 15:48.31 in Sacramento on June 28.
• Was the third collegian in the race.
• Finished 13th in the 5,000 at the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Ore., earning second-team All-America honors.
• Was clocked in 16:19.13.
• Set a PR by 22 seconds in the 5,000 at the Payton Jordan Invitational, running 15:32.26 on May 4 to place 18th.
• Fifth in the Pac-12 5,000 (16:23.50).
• Fourth at the NCAA West Prelims in the 5,000 (16:19.36).
• Ran second leg of the 4x1,500 team that was second at the Penn Relays.
• Named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.

Indoors

2013 Season:
Outdoors

Earned All-America honorable mention in the 5,000, placing 17th at the NCAA Championships in 16:22.72.
• Placed second in the 10,000 at the Pac-12 Championships in a personal best 34:41.68 and was fifth in the 5,000 (16:36.60).
• Ran personal best in the 5,000 in 15:54.90 at the Payton Jordan Invitational.
• Third in the Big Meet in the 3,000 (9:36.51) and 1,500 (4:24.45).
• Competed in five meets, over four distances.
• A USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.
• Named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.

Indoors

Shattered her personal record in the 5,000 by running 15:56.42 at the Husky Classic, placing fifth in the invitational section.
• The time earned a spot in the NCAA Championships and her first All-America honor, as a second-team selection.
• Placed 15th at the NCAA's in 16:10.42.
• Anchored the No. 7 distance medley relay time in school indoor history (11:06.46), at the Armory Invitational.
• Ran a PR of 9:10.16 in the 3,000 at the UW Invitational.

2012 Season:
Outdoors

Placed eighth at the Pac-12 Championships in the 10,000, in 35:11.04.
• Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 5,000, placing 34th in 17:19.37.
• Set personal records in the 5,000 (16:16.37 at the Stanford Invitational) and 1,500 (4:23.77 at the Payton Jordan Invitational).
• Received Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.

Indoors

Placed seventh in the MPSF Championships in the 3,000 (9:14.89).
• Had a 3,000 personal-best of 9:12.97 at the UW Last Chance meet.
• Earned MPSF All-Academic recognition.

2011 Season:
Outdoors

Did not compete.

Indoors

Placed third at the MPSF Championships in the 3,000, running 9:19.77.
• Helped Stanford to a third-place finish at the MPSF Championships in the distance medley relay after running the anchor leg to finish off a team time of 11:18.80.
• Ran a season-best 3,000 time of 9:16.89 at the UW Last Chance Meet.

Cross Country:

• Earned All-America honors by finishing 16th in the 2013 NCAA Championships and was No. 2 on the team.
• Also earned All-West Region honors and was ninth at the 2012 Pac-12 Championships.
• Won the 2013 Stanford Invitational.
• Finished 43rd at the 2012 NCAA Championships, helping Stanford to a third-place team finish.
• Missed All-America status by less than a second.
• Was Stanford's No. 4 runner.
• Ran on every Stanford postseason team in her four seasons.

• The Arizona 5A-1 cross country state champion in 2008 and `09.
• A Foot Locker All-West Regional Team member during all four years.

• Holds 14 individual state titles, two in cross country and 12 in track.
