2016 Season:
Indoors

• Advanced to his third NCAA Championships meet, including twice indoors.
• Jumped 52-9 ¼ on his sixth and final attempt at the season-opening UW Indoor Preview to improve by more than a foot and break his own year-old school indoor mark (52-2 3/4) by seven inches.
• It was the longest jump in Stanford history, indoors or outdoors.

2015 Season:
Outdoors

• Repeated as Pac-12 triple jump champ.
• First Stanford male to win back-to-back titles since Gabe Jennings won 1,500-meter crowns from 2000-02.
• Jumped 52-0 1/2 to outlast second cousin and high school teammate Casey Burns of Washington, who was second in a personal record 51-8.
• Advanced to NCAA West Prelims, jumping 50-11 for 13th.
• Big Meet triple jump champion at 52-5 1/2.

Indoors

• Set a school indoor record of 52-2 3/4 to win the MPSF title in the triple jump.
• Won competition by more than a foot.
• Placed 12th at the NCAA Championships (51-5 1/2) to earn All-America second-team honors.
• Competed in four meets, winning the UW Indoor Preview in his season debut (50-2).
• Fifth at the Razorback Invitational (50-4 1/2).

2014 Season:
Outdoors

• Advanced to the NCAA Championships where he placed 21st at 51-0 3/4, earning honorable mention All-America honors.
• Despite being limited by a heel injury, Brooks set lifetime bests on his final four jumps at the Pac-12 Championships on the way to becoming Stanford’s first conference men’s triple jump champion since 1970.
• Trailing Arizona State’s Josh Dixon by ¾ of an inch with one jump left, Brooks responded with a 52-6 ¾ to win by 17 inches, breaking Allen Meredith’s 1970 Stanford mark of 52-3.
• He jumped from No. 8 on Stanford's all-time list to No. 1 in one day.
• Set a PB of 50-6 3/4 in first outdoor meet, placing third at the Stanford Invitational.
• Was sixth at the NCAA West Prelims (52-1w) to advance to his first NCAA championship meet.

Indoors

• Set personal record in the triple jump at the MPSF Championships, jumping 50-4 3/4 to finish fourth.
• It moved him into a tie for third with Richard Sherman on Stanford's all-time indoor list.
• In first collegiate competition since 2012, set personal best in the triple jump (49-11 3/4), winning the event at the season-opening UW Indoor Preview.
• Mark was fifth all-time indoors at Stanford.
• Also had No. 9 time in the 60 meters, running a collegiate best 6.92 in a prelim heat at the same meet.

2013 Season:
Outdoors

• Redshirted because of injury, but competed in two meets unattached.
• Triple-jumped 49-8 1/2 at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoors

• Did not compete.

2012 Season:
Outdoors

• A Pac-12 Championships finalist in the triple jump, placing eighth with a wind-aided 50-2 in Eugene, Ore.
• The mark was the ninth-best all-time at Stanford, regardless of conditions.
• Has a legal collegiate best of 49-11.
• Other season bests were 22-6 1/4 in the long jump, 10.84 in the 100, and 22.50 in the 200.
• Led off Stanford's fastest 4x100 relay of the season, a 40.75 at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoors

• Ran 6.93 in the 60 to tie for ninth on Stanford's all-time list.
• Placed ninth in the MPSF Championships in the triple jump (48-7 1/4).
• Placed 14th at the MPSF's in the long jump, at 22-3.
• Had season long-jump best of 23-1 3/4 at the Razorback Invitational.

High School:

• The 2011 Washington state 3A champion in the triple jump (48-6 3/4) and the 100 meters (10.71).
• Also was the 2011 state runner-up in the long jump.
• The state runner-up in the triple jump in 2010 and third in the event in 2009.
• Set the Kennedy record in the triple jump.
• Helped Kennedy to fifth place at the state meet in 2011.
• Team MVP from 2009-11 and team captain in 2010 and 2011.
• Also played football and basketball at Kennedy.

Personal:

• Major is psychology.
• Son of Randy and Kim Brooks.
• Older sister, Devin, was a four-time Washington state high school hurdles champion and competed in basketball and track at Washington State.
