LA JOLLA, Calif. - No. 38 Stanford wrapped up competition Saturday at the 126th Pacific Coast Doubles tournament.
Tom Fawcett and Maciek Romanowicz headlined the Cardinal's performances, reaching the quarterfinals of the main draw.
The Pacific Coast Doubles tournament is the second-oldest tennis event in the United States. The event includes players from 19 schools, in addition to teaching professionals, juniors, college coaches, former tour players and independent entrants competing in the 128-team draw. Stanford has produced two of the last five champions, with Bradley Klahn and Ryan Thacher taking home the hardware in 2011 and 2012.
