New for the 2015-16 basketball season - season ticket members can exchange their tickets to one game for another game in the same tier, or a lower tier, for free*.
How to Exchange Your Tickets
1. Sign in to your online ticket account
2. Click on Exchange
3. Select your games to exchange, a quantity that matches the number of tickets you are exchanging and your desired price level
4. Select your delivery method (digital-only) and click “Submit Exchange” and you’re good to go
• Ticket exchange is free and exclusive to 2015-16 men’s and women’s basketball season ticket members. We hope you enjoy this new benefit.
• Tickets may be exchanged for a different price level (e.g. chairback reserved, sideline reserved, general admission) but a charge will apply for the difference in price if upgrading.
• Tickets may only be exchanged for the same quantity in the same sport - men’s basketball tickets may not be exchanged for women’s basketball tickets and vice versa.
• Exchanges are final, and your originally exchanged seats will immediately become available to other fans
• Exchanged tickets are not guaranteed to be adjacent to your existing season tickets.
• Ticket exchange is available online-only and must be completed 24 hours prior to the event.
