STANFORD, Calif. – Another offensive showcase from Anna Salemo and Kelly Myers propelled the Cardinal past visiting Vanderbilt 17-10 Sunday afternoon at Laird Q. Cagan Stadium.

The Cardinal (4-1) came out red-hot in the first half, taking only 12 seconds off the clock before Kelly Myers put away her first goal of the game. Stanford went on a rout after with seven unanswered goals in the first 12 minutes of play with Salemo scoring two of her four on the day and Lucy Dikeou adding two of her three on the day.

The Stanford offense kept firing away, peppering Vanderbilt (3-2) with 22 shots while forcing Commodore goalie Kent Callahan to make six saves. Allie DaCar also put in work between the posts, saving five shots to send Stanford into the break up 10-4.
