While at Indiana, Chilibeck coached the first novice eight to a fourth-place finish at the 2014 Big Ten Championships and the second novice eight to a fourth-place finish at the 2015 Big Ten Championships.
With Chilibeck on staff, the Hoosiers placed fourth as a team at the Big Ten Championships in 2014 and 2015, marking the top finish in the program’s history. Each of Indiana’s top three boats competed in the NCAA Championships for the first time in school history the past two years. The Hoosiers placed 11th as a team at the NCAAs in 2014 and 2015.
She received her Master’s in Kinesiology from Indiana University this past June, completing a two-year program in Sport Management and Athletic Administration.

As a freshman, Chilibeck was the coxswain for OSU’s varsity four that earned a berth in the NCAA Championships for the first time in the program’s history. She served as the team captain and coxswain for Oregon State’s varsity eight her final three seasons. Chilibeck later served as a student coach for a pair of novice eights during her final year in Corvallis.
A British Columbia native, Chilibeck was a four-year coxswain for the Victoria City Rowing Club and served as the coxswain for the men’s eight that won the Western Canada Summer Games and competed in the Windermere Cup.
