The Entrepreneurial Summer Program (ESP) offers students an experiential learning opportunity that affords deep insight into the day-to-day activities of an early-stage company through summer internships.
ESP comprises:
- An 8- to 10-week summer internship with an early-stage company (about 10 to 50 employees)
- Mentorship from an experienced individual at the company
- A community of ESP peers
- Programming provided by the CES
- A matching living allowance
Early-stage companies that host interns must have promising business models and validation with customers and investors. More than half of ESP internships are self-sourced by students, and the CES also vets inbound internships for ESP eligibility.
ESP is open to first-year MBA students and returning joint-degree students.
