Welcome to our new website and to our new name, LifeMoves!
Our new identity really captures our mission and expectation that the clients we serve will break the cycle of homelessness and return to stable housing and self-sufficiency. Working with us, our families, individuals and veterans take accountability for making positive, life-changing, moves that achieve these goals for themselves and for the entire community.
Last year, 97% of families and 82% of individuals in interim housing who completed our programs successfully returned to stable housing and self-sufficiency.
Thank you for your ongoing partnership as we continue effectively and efficiently to serve our neighbors in need. Please do not hesitate to contact me with your questions or comments about LifeMoves!
