Now, before you leave, do you want to make a seal's day?

Why Do We Rescue?
In this year of crisis, we take some time to reflect and examine the many reasons that we work so hard to rescue marine mammals.
A Steller Release
Orphaned Steller sea lion pup Leo is released near Ocean Shores, Washington, after five months of care at The Marine Mammal Center.
Percevero Goes Home
Starving and desperate for food, this sea lion wandered inland and was rescued in a very unusual place. Now he is back in the ocean where he belongs. Support our Dollar-a-Pound campaign to send more sea lion pups home.
Hope for the Future
Marine Science Sunday is coming up on May 10 and 24! This month features an exciting program called Back from the Brink: Saving Species, in which we'll learn about the work being done to save endangered species such as the Hawaiian monk seal. Combine the fun and educational classroom program with a docent-led tour for a full day in the Marin Headlands.
