NRCS conservation assistance helped this urban, organic farm thrive. It provides sanctuary, refuge and meaningful work for homeless citizens and provides a path for growth and renewal for both people and the natural world around them.
NRCS will provide $15 million in financial and technical assistance to help eligible conservation partners leverage local resources to voluntarily protect, restore and enhance critical wetlands on private and tribal agricultural lands nationwide.
