The Unified Agenda and Regulatory Plan
provide uniform reporting of data on
regulatory and deregulatory actions under
development throughout the Federal
government, covering over 60
departments, agencies, and commissions.
The Paperwork Reduction Act requires
that agency information collections
minimize duplication and burden on the
public, have practical utility, and
support the proper performance of the
agency's mission.
On August 29, 2017, OMB, after consultation with EEOC and in accordance with
the Paperwork Reduction Act and its regulations at 5 CFR 1320.10 (f) and (g),
initiated a review and immediate stay of the effectiveness of "Components 1 & 2" of the EEO-1 form (OMB Control # 3046-0007). "Component 1 Only" remains
active and respondents should continue to use this version of the EEO-1 form to
comply with their 2017 reporting requirements. The memo initiating this action
