On February 27th, 2012 David Katzenstein spoke for Ethics@Noon about AIDS treatments and important ethical questions about donor nation obligations, individual rights, and equity in access to care. Katzenstein is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Stanford Medical School, in the Division of Infectious Diseases.
