Calisthenics consists of any exercise that use the resistance of your own body to build strength, increase flexibility and burn fat. No equipment or weights are used in calisthenics, and the exercises can be performed anywhere there is a floor and enough space to move in. The benefits of calisthenics effects are wide-reaching.

1. it can Increase Muscle and Tone
2. helps with Flexibility
3. weight loss
4. Build overall Endurance

The circuit we did:

A 300 meter run
7 muscle ups (replace muscle ups with pull ups if cant do muscle ups yet)
10 pushups
10 dips
Repeated 3 times with NO BREAKS!

This is great conditioning for those of you that want to build muscle and definition
