How do I activate my alumni email account if I am already registered on the Stanford Alumni Association website and have a username?
To activate your alumni email account, click here and login with your username and password that you created for the Alumni Association website. Follow the instructions provided. If you have problems or questions, contact Customer Service.

How do I activate my alumni email account if I am not registered on the Stanford Alumni Association site?
To register on the site, click here. At the end of the registration process, you will have the opportunity to activate your alumni email account. If you do not know your Stanford University Identification (SUID) Number, please access this link to recover your SUID.

Do you have to be a member to get an e-mail account?
No, all Stanford alumni can register for a free e-mail account. Although membership dues are important to help support this service, any alum, regardless of membership status may register for an e-mail account.

I am a certificate holder. Can I get an e-mail account?
E-mail accounts are only available to Stanford alumni, defined as: an individual who has completed a minimum of three academic quarters as a matriculated student in a degree-granting program. Questions? Please contact SAA Membership at membership@alumni.stanford.edu.
