Health Improvement Program Fall Quarter: Registration

Enhance your health this fall! The Health Improvement Program (HIP) offers over 60 Healthy Living classes open to the public each quarter. Join us this quarter to learn about foods that help your memory, effective strategies for restorative sleep, men's health, designing your own fitness program, stress reduction in the presence of horses, and much more.
