Retirement planning workshop

Retirement today is far more complicated than what it used to be. Questions about when to retire, where to live, what to do and being financially secure, are just a few questions to consider in planning for this life transition. Retirement is not something we just do; it is a process we need to plan for and prepare ourselves for both mentally and physically. Whether you are planning to retire tomorrow or in ten years time, this workshop will help identify issues and planning considerations that accompany retirement. Come join us for this informative noontime workshop and meet our RETIREMENT PANELISTS:

  • Kenneth S. Smith - Senior Research Scholar and Director, Stanford Center on Longevity
  • Rev. Joanne Marie Sanders - Associate Dean, Office of Religious Life
  • Susan Cabral - Human Resources, Stanford Health Care

Please note that this workshop is NOT primarily focused on financial planning and is different from the workshops provided by Stanford’s UHR department and/or Stanford’s various investment plans.
