Stanford Coordinated Care Open House

Stanford Coordinated Care (SCC) is an exclusive benefit for eligible employees and their covered adult dependents. Coordinated Care offers a bold new approach to deliver customized health services for people with ongoing health conditions that need more than an annual check up.

The Open House is a great opportunity to tour the clinic, meet the physicians and care team, and get your questions answered.
