CPR is an emergency first aid procedure for a victim of cardiac arrest. Participants will learn how to help victims of heart attacks and accidents, and also learn the Heimlich Maneuver to aid choking victims. Practice with mannequins is included. AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training included. Certificate of completion cards will be sent out 2 weeks after the class.

The complex plant kingdom contains many thousands of biologically active substances, called "phytochemicals". "Phyto" means "plant". Many phytochemicals singly can decrease cancer cell growth, but in assorted combinations they function more geometrically than additively.
