Come and meditate with us! We will begin with a few minutes of settling and discussing the practice. We will then sit for twenty minutes, with gentle guidance for less experienced practitioners. Those with their own established practices are welcome to ignore the guidance and simply do their thing. After twenty minutes there will be an opportunity to debrief and share anything that arose during the practice.
Everyone is most welcome. The event is non-religious and free.
