Questions about when to retire, where to live, what to do and being financially secure, are just a few questions to consider in planning for this life transition. Retirement is not something we just do; it is a process we need to plan for and prepare ourselves for both mentally and physically. SCC Seminar - Movement and Activity Solutions

Stanford Coordinated Care is proud to present our first seminar series of the new year! We will be holding three free hour long sessions that focus on aging gracefully and body awareness skills. The sessions will be interactive and led by our Physical Therapist, Deborah Bowes and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Coleen Travers. In this second session we will explore gentle and comfortable movement and awareness exercises for self-care. Each person will be encouraged to participate according to their ability and needs. It will be a supportive and non-competitive experience.
