Mr. Hoffmeister graduated from the University of the Pacific with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Furthermore, Mr. Hoffmeister is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board, Thompson FDA Advertising and Promotion Manual as well as a member of the Food and Drug Law Institute.
