Niamh Pellegrini is Vice President of the Rhinology Business Unit at Acclarent, a Johnson & Johnson company focused on the Ear Nose & Throat market. Most of her career has been focused on diagnostic solutions for diabetes at LifeScan where she was general manager of advanced care, Vice President of Profession and Consumer Sales, Vice President of US Marketing, and Vice President of Global Strategic Marketing. At Lifescan Ms. Pellegrini also led strategic planning, portfolio management, and the US commercial execution of Lifescan's more than one billion consumer blood glucose monitoring business. She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
