• If the color you select is not available, we will subsitute the another color. If this is unacceptable, let us know in Comments at the lower right of your Checkout forms.
• Make sure you select the correct Rider's Height; it determines your bike size.
• Order Custom Packages on a separate catalog page - see left.
• If this is an order for your arrival on campus, your bike will be available for pickup beginning Tuesday of orientation week, September 15.
• If you arrive on campus early and need a bike, we will provide you one > If you purchase the Service Package with your bike, we will provide you a free loaner bike until you pick up your ordered bike > If you don't purchase the Service package, we will provide you a rental bike at half the normal price for the period from your arrival to pickup of your bike.
• To assure student bike pickup, please enter the student's name and cell phone number in Comments at the lower right of the Checkout forms.
