Aqua Boot Camp
Aqua Boot Camp is a high intensity combination of strength training both in and out of the water. This unique workout features strength and cardiovascular exercises using the power of the body, minimal equipment, the pool, and the deck. An injury-friendly workout welcome to all athletic levels!
Prerequisite
Ability to swim 50 yards freestyle continuously. Comfort in deep water (10ft).

Cost
For this quarter, this class is participating in the Group Fitness Pass system. As a result, you are able to pay a flat fee to take unlimited select classes this quarter.

How Do I Get My BeWell Discount?
**BeWell note: To be eligible for the BeWell rate, benefits-eligible employees must complete the Stanford Health and Lifestyle Assessment (SHALA) in 2014. If you have specific questions about the BeWell program or want to participate please go to bewell.stanford.edu. As a BeWell eligible employee, please note you are eligible for 2 classes per quarter at the BeWell rate.
