  • Bulldogs Football eliminated by Chabot in barnburner

    CSM quarterback Dru Brown threw for 425 yards and set a new program record with seven touchdown strikes.

  • Big game is on its way to CSM

    The Super Bowl is coming to CSM. No, not THE Super Bowl. No, this is another football game held during the Super Bowl Week festivities, when the Wounded Warriors Amputee Football Team play a team of NFL alumni.

  • Two CSM students receive scholarships to Study Abroad

    Ariana Finato and Yareli Torres from CSM were selected to receive $1,000 from AIFS and $500 from SMCCCD Foundation Study Abroad Scholarship. As part of their scholarship, they will blog about their experiences in Barcelona on a weekly basis to be shared on the Study Abroad Program’s Facebook page.

  • San Mateo’s KCSM still plays all that jazz

    KCSM, which began as a learning center for broadcasting students, has programmed jazz full-time since 1988, outlasting KJAZ, which folded in 1994. In fact, much of that legendary station’s music library — more than 12,000 albums — is now at KCSM.
