11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, Thursday, March10th

The rest of the details and RSVP form can be acccessed here.

Each year, students in Stanford's advanced UX Software Project course (CS 194H) organize into teams and spend a quarter iteratively designing, prototyping, and evaluating a user interface. The course focuses on user experience design through a quarter-long project that continues an existing prototype started in our introductory HCI course (CS147: Introduction to Human-Computer-Interaction). This quarter, the focus is on building mobile products. The team projects cover topics from education to mediation to collaborative music-sharing.

Each of this quarter’s 11 teams is comprised of an interdisciplinary group of 4-5 upperclassmen with strengths in design and development. The teams are tasked with deliverables throughout the quarter to move them towards a finished, polished product ready for the real world.
