Manzanita Park Residence Hall

Project Description

As the first new undergraduate dormitory built on the Stanford campus in 20 years, the Manzanita Park Residence Hall will provide a new home to 125 upper-class undergraduate students in the heart of the Manzanita Park Community.

The residence hall will feature a mix of single and two-room double student rooms, as well as a number of well-appointed programme spaces. A grand lounge with adjoining kitchenette will provide an ideal space for social and academic activities. Study spaces, seminar rooms, and a computer cluster will provide further collaborative spaces for students to study and socialize.

Along with Lantana, Castano and Kimball Hall, the New Manzanita Park Residence Hall will complete the Manzanita Park Community of undergraduate residences.
