During winter closure, December 21, 2013-January 5, 2014, patrons may submit RLCP and ILB requests.

Processing of requests submitted during the winter closure will begin on Monday, January 6, 2014. Delivery of RLCP materials requested during the closure will begin on Tuesday, January 7, 2014.

Renewals:

UTA and UCB will begin responding to RLCP renewal requests on January 2, 2014.

Stanford will begin responding to RLCP and ILB renewal requests on January 6, 2014.

Returns:

Stanford patrons: Do not return materials loaned by non-Stanford libraries to campus bookdrops. Return materials to the Green Circulation Desk. Request a return receipt.

Stanford and UC libraries will return UC and Stanford materials on Monday, January 6, 2014.

UTA and UCB returns of UCB and UTA materials will begin on January 2, 2014.

UTA returns of Stanford materials will begin on January 2, 2014.

Stanford returns of UTA materials will begin on January 6, 2014.
