The Terman Engineering Library is staffed with four subject specialist liaisons. We provide in-class presentations on science and engineering research sources, expert help on citation management tools and online research options. Class instruction/guides

Each quarter our librarians partner with faculty to provide class specific sessions on how to perform effective literature reviews, efficient use of bibliographic tools, and detailed instruction on specialized resources. We continually add new online information sources to support research and teaching.

Workshops

Throughout the academic year, our librarians offer workshops on advanced searching techniques available in Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, xSearch and SearchWorks, bibliographic management tools including Mendeley, Refworks, EndNote and Zotero, and research sources for standards, patents and materials science.

Our librarians are available to meet with you individually to support your research or teaching.
