The ACC will move their flagship journal, the Journal of the American College of Cardiology (JACC), as well as four other established journals, JACC: Cardiovascular Imaging, JACC: Cardiovascular Interventions, JACC: Heart Failure, and JACC: Clinical Electrophysiology back to the HighWire Open Platform in the coming months. A new open access title, JACC: Basic Translational Research, is already in development and will launch on HighWire in early 2016.

"We look forward to the opportunity to develop new ideas with HighWire's innovative technology," said Kim Murphy, Publishing Director at American College of Cardiology. "HighWire is a trusted partner; we were very impressed with the depth of content, connections and transparency conveyed at this year's HighWire publishers' meetings."
