Katie completed her graduate work in Health Psychology Education at Stanford University and then worked at Stanford’s School of Medicine for almost a decade conducting research in mind-body medicine and disease prevention, authoring numerous articles on the subject. Katie now teaches Personalized Stress Reduction classes at Stanford, utilizing mindfulness meditation and restorative yoga, both of which she also teaches in private practice and enjoys personally. Katie lives nearby with her 9 and 11 year old kids, husband, and sweet dog, Toby.
