Complete the Application Workbook in order file a claim for funds. Instructions for completing the workbook are also provided.
Processing Timeline: Please allow approximately 2.5 months for the application workbook to be reviewed and allocation to be made. Allocations are processed once a month and must be received by the 1st of the month preceding the month of allocation. For example, requests received by June 1 will receive allocations in July. Confirmation of allocation will arrive by mid-August. The Commission does not meet in August and allocation request generally cannot be approved in August.
Audits: MTC requests electronic and hard copy submittal of audits. Audits should be sent to Seema Prasad at sprasad@mtc.ca.gov. Hard copies should be sent to:

Caltrans has compiled the statutes and regulations related to TDA and STA funds in the TDA Guidebook. The Guidebook is currently under revision due to statutory changes made in Senate Bill 508 (2015).
