Richmond-San Rafael Bridge Access Improvements

The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) is collaborating with Caltrans, the Transportation Authority of Marin (TAM) and the Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) on a four-year pilot project that will improve traffic flow and add a bicycle/pedestrian path on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. The project was amended into the 2015 Transportation Improvement Program and Plan Bay Area in September 2015.
