Tomorrow, Saturday, the student ecology group SEEDS will host BioBlitz 2011 to identify and count as many of Lake Lagunita's plants, birds, insects, reptiles and mammals as possible—and everyone is invited to help. BioBlitz begins at 7 a.m. near the fire pit at the Lomita Drive entrance to the lake.

Under the direction of Marie-Louise Catsalis, lecturer in music, 17 students will perform a series of short, theatrical vignettes tonight as part of the Stanford Opera Workshop: Mozart's 7 Deadly Sins. This is the first opera performed by the Music Department in almost a decade.
