Change needed to manage California's aquatic ecosystems

The rapid decline of salmon and the steady increase in endangered fish species show that a new approach is needed to manage California's aquatic ecosysems, according to Managing California's Water, a book co-authored by Barton "Buzz" Thompson, co-director of the Woods Institute.
