Stanford economist predicts 'large, short-run recession'

After Standard & Poor's downgraded the U.S. credit rating last Friday, the stock market delivered its worst performance since the 2008-2009 financial crisis. The Dow tumbled 634 points Monday, then it climbed back 430 points Tuesday. Stanford Report asked economist Nicholas Bloom what it all means.
